Very hospitable staff. Customer service was amazing. They didnt stand inside and watch me walk the lot. I was looking for a used car to fit my budget $6,000.They worked very diligently to delivery a difficult ask. I am a very particular customer. I was presented several good options. Didnt choose a vehicle that day. However, they have my name and number and will call when the vehicle that I requested comes to their lot.

Krista was extremely pleasant to work with! We drove a couple of hours to come see a vehicle. Someone else wanted to purchase the truck we were coming to see. They honored our appointment and didn’t sell it before we arrived. While we were working out a deal the other person who wanted it called to see if we had purchased the truck, which we did. It was a good deal and a great truck. Would definitely visit this dealership if they had something we were looking for!

Krista was excellent and knowledgeable. She listened to what we wanted and gave us other options. Once we decided what we wanted she tracked the vehicle from the factory to the dealership and notified us that it was there. The process of the purchase and delivery was smooth and stress free. Kim had all the paperwork and walked us through everything. It was a great experience and would recommend them to our family and friends.

Very professional, explains thoroughly, friendly. Service work is detailed and finished in the time promised.
Took my 2023 Titan in that I just purchased. Rear windows was rolling up slowly, the passenger side I had to assist it to close all the way. They told me the was dirt in the tracks and they lined everything up. The window does close by itself but it's still slow compared to the other windows. They told me it was fixed but I don't think so
I had a recall that Illini Nissan took care of. They explained what the recall was to my husband and we were happy with the result It was warranty so no cost.
They were very professional, had oil change, tire rotation and transmission flush and they were done in less than two hours which is why I won’t take my car anywhere else.
